In short, Halo isnt even in the same league as Call of Duty.

 

This. CoD is the WoW of shooters. Halo has a pretty stable fanbase, but I doubt it will grow any bigger. There is no sign that points towards that. CoD might get smaller, but not Halo small.

This really makes it sound like Halo had a "small" fanbase :D
