Sony definitely needs to get more Japan centric games out for the Vita, because it can easily get big increase in sales from that. Only when they do that can they start to think about dropping the PSP, because at the moment PSP is selling really well, which is probably giving Sony some confidence in long term viability in the Vita once it starts becoming more affordable as a device.
