Did 3.5m on GC because it was a launch game and there wasn't a Mario game for awhile (and when it came it was Mario Sunshine which was a different take on Mario). Most people that got GC at launch probably picked up Luigi's Mansion and Melee. Just check out Melee's sales. Did pretty damn good on GC even with a low install base. Brawl only sold a few million more with millions more install base. If I had to guess I would say Luigi's Mansion would end around 7-8m. 10m is possible but it is pushing it. 5-7 would be a more safe call.
