we have likely 6 platforms dedicated to games coming out in a market i doubt will rebound for some time. i'll go out on a limb and say the other platforms will find moderate success.
the gaming market is declining as fast as Kow expected, but any console coming out during this decline will get hit having slow growth. this is going to be a very slow gen.
Vita, is for enthusiast, and is an innovative risk for that base. the truth is, no matter the price cut, the Vita is going to struggle. even at $169-$199.
mobile may be more of a threat then we'd like to believe.
