No but they probalby dont count the Wii U as a console either.

That "more than double" thing probably just counts PS3 + Wii.

The "double" is just for each console... so you can use it for the second place.

Oh so THAT IS what they meant. The way Aaron Greenberg worded in on twtter was just very confusing.
