OUYA needs a slight upgrade to match the latest mobile CPU/GPU at launch. It should be comparable to the latest phones at least.
Making it a Amazon exclusive at retail would be stupid. Making it have exclusive offers for Amazon would be a good idea.. along with pre-installed Amazon market along with the Play store.
