Well... unlike guns, at least there is a correlation between violent videogames and violent crimes/murders/shootings.
So at least there is a sliver of something there... Of course, the problem is most politicians don't know the difference between correlation and causation. It's why before you run of senator you should have to be able to pass a scientific understanding literacy test.
