My prediction---
Xbox 3 - 2.5 - 3m
Wii U - 10.5m
3DS - 17.5 - 18m
Vita - 4.5m
Wii - 3.5m
DS - 3m
PSP - 1.5m
PS3 - 8m
360 - 7m
I predict a pro-longed explosion for 3DS throughout 2013 in Japan, less so in the US/ Europe. Luigi's Mansion and Pokemon will do a lot to improve the 3DS situation outside of Japan, but Monster Hunter, Shin Megami Tensei, and Dragon Quest really only drive hardware penetration within Japan.
8-9 million 3DS sales in Japan, 9 million combined US/Europe
