3DS will most likely dominate everything. Vita is kind of independent of that. If Vita gets a price cut and some interesting games it could become respectible. With MH4 launching on 3DS, Vita could also become completely insignificant and fade away. I'm not sure which will happen yet, but either way wouldn't surprise me.
