It's amazing how many professional developers Apple tricks into their "cult". People who work on computers every day and use them to code things like this website you're using right now.

Grow the fuck up, people. It's a logo on a goddamned box. Are your lives really so god-awful insignificant that monolithic companies' success matters to you? Why does this fucking matter? (short answer: it doesn't)
And are you really making the argument that the original iPhone wasn't better than what Blackberry and Windows Mobile was offering at the time? You're joking with that comment "Nothing Apple has made in the last 30 years is better then their competitor's products", right? Because I owned both Blackberry and WinMob devices when the iPhone released. To shorten the story, WinMob was awful. Blackberry seemed great until the iPhone released and changed the entire game. Blackberry went from cutting edge to "this seems like five year old tech" overnight.
