What is your favourite beer(s) and why?

I grew up in the Netherlands, Heineken, Amstel and witbier (Belgian white) were my favorites.
Now I live in Canada and prefer Molson Canadian and Lakeport Honey lager.

That was years ago, with kids I don't have the time to drink anymore. Headache + screaming baby =/= fun.
