btw that chart is a joke. Tegra 3 wasn't faster than a Core 2 Duo and Tegra 4 isn't out yet never mind Q1 2012 like the chart implies.
I think the spec will be good, the OS experince will be OK but less polished than experience phone/tablet/console makers, and all of it won't matter because the games aren't exclusive and the form factor not desirable for $200+
