Not sure what the market for this device would be. As a mobile console it's..well, bit silly. As "home" mobile entertainment device, I don't think it's very good with such a small screen.
However, I think there's potential in that "home" segment down the line - products similar in design to Archos GamePad (though, that one, according to Eurogamer, it's not very well executed device), with 7+ inch touchscreens, but with ability to connect and control PC wirelessly for convenience factor - perhaps they can even come in 2 flavours, both as full Android tablets, or just as peripherals, something that operates in fashion similar to WiiU's Gamepad.
