that's TV-lag(differs by TV and sometimes by the HDMI port you use) - that lag between pad and TV would be the same with any console on that TV

what's on the pads screen is streamed from PC aswell and should generally have lower latency

Well, if it's the latency of the TV then fine.

But the streaming from the PC is by WiFi? Because I don't know for others, but my experience with WiFi is that it doesn't work as well as it should more often than not.

And after all, Nintendo sinvested a lot of time to solve that, both for the console and the controller. What could have Nvidia done only on the controller side to avoid it?
