This is basically another Android gaming device that you can connect to a TV with the HDMI port but with the adition that you can also connect it to a PC with an Nvidia GTX card (so bye, bye AMD users) and when you do that, you can play the PC games that you usually play on you PC monitor/TV on its 5" screen or the TV...
Am I missing something?
And, I know it's in beta, but if the video linked by Godchild1020 is an indication of the "no lag" experience, then I'm ver, very skeptical
