Oh yeah, I own several Kairosoft games and they are all good. I finished Dungeon Village last month and now I am playing Cafeteria Niponica (or something like that) and so far, so good.
Also, I recommend Mega Mall Story, it reminded me of Sim Tower, it's really good.
