Now youre just making stuff up about Microsoft to justify what Google does. Stuff that microsoft tracks and what Google tracks is completely different and for a completely different purpose. Not to mention that you can opt out of Microsoft tracking and can't really opt out of Google if you use a single service they provide. |
Actually, that opt-out doens't mean a lot. You can't see the source code to be sure that there isn't any other tracking type here, so we can't be 100% certain about what is going on there.
Anyway, that isn't a correct (and legal) attitude from Google. They only fixed it because EU would surelly retaliate, but they probably will create more problems in the next months with other services. Anywa, I have a WP and only used Bing Maps and Google Maps using a third party app (gMaps Pro, pretty good, by the way), since using a map with the browser is terrible on a phone. I live in Brazil and I don't know how is Bing Maps in other countries, but here it isn't very good. It doesn't have the locations of any store, restaurant or any other thing here, so I have to use the full adress and that is just terrible compared to Google Maps.
