Not really it's basically a mini Android tablet with buttons and physical countols that can stream games from a PC.

It means that I don't need a gaming console if I have an nVidia GPU. This is pretty huge for the people who would otherwise go console + PC because I would no longer need a console to play games with, just my beast PC.
