Aside from a great dedicated gaming library, I like portable gaming (like my 3DS) because of the convenience in size and shape, allowing me to slip it in my pocket if need be, but this really loses that appeal. Also, I'd imagine using the touchscreen would be uncomfortable and the headphone jack being at the back is awkward.
Seeing new hardware like this is cool, but this one doesn't excite me right now.
