As far as sales go, I don't see how it's a flop.

What were you expecting it to sell?

Things to keep in mind when forming sales expectations: 
- It was made in 5 months.
- The Vita has only sold 4 million units.
- CoD games on the PS3 attain a 13-16% attach ratio.

Also keep in mind the game is still selling, as it's only six weeks old.
