Enchanting.

Which is a word that gets used often with Studio Ghibli films. For homework, go watch Spirited Away, My Neighbor Totoro, or Whisper of the Heart. Some of the best movies I've ever seen, animated or otherwise. Ghibli films aren't just about magic and friendship, either, as they often deal with loss, tragedy, and personal growth. You might have heard of Grave of the Fireflies, which will just break your heart into tiny pieces.

Ghibli's not involved with the story though. It's all Level 5.

Also binary the games were not announced simultaneously. The DS version was announced first then the PS3 version was announced later.

You may be right. I heard about both versions at the same time and this was before the DS version was launched. In any case it's more correct to consider this a timed exclusive sort of thing rather than a remake.

Demo was all right. I'm not a big fan of text heavy dialogue. I realise it's kind of a tradition thing, but really it's a throwback to a time when there wasn't space on cartriges / discs to include a lot of voice data as well as all the other essential stuff. I'm not sure the demo really gives the best feel for the game because it didn't give me a sense of the scale and depth of the world and the story.
