I don't think the Vita will be discontinued. It's going to have a price drop, but once again if the games aren't there then its not gonna do that well. My problem is, what is next? They already have Uncharted on the Vita. What else are they gonna release to make people buy this system? Call of Duty was a massive disappointment for the Vita even though its selling decently. I also kinda think the cross play feature is kinda double edged sword. On one side, it could encourage people to purchase the Vita so they can get their game on the go, however some people may feel as if they can already get superior versions on consoles.
