I actually think drugs are a pretty awful thing to do but I think there should be rational regulations put in place to determine which drugs are legal and which drugs are illegal. Personally, I think a lot of the problem we have with drugs in our society is the mixed messages everyone gets:
Don't do drugs, its wrong to alter your mindset
- Take Ritalin to help you focus
- Dring alcohol to have fun
Doing drugs doesn't solve hard problems
- Take prozac to cure your depression
- Take phen phen to lose weight
- Use Statins to fix your high cholesterol
We live in a drug obsessed culture but we only see some of the drug obsession as being bad ...
