From my personal experience and from what others have told me are Americans, French and wealthy Gulf Arabs. Tbh it's quite unfair to label entire countries population like that as different regions of a country produce different levels of arrogance lol. Taking France for example- Parisians are known to be more arrogant than say people from Bordeaux who are very welcoming. Some Americans think they are the best due to being the richest and most powerful and many believe in the concept of American exceptionalism.
