Which has the better(SMOOTHER) online gaming experience LIVE or PSN+

I always hear this stuff about Live having a better connection and PSN being "laggy"... I call bullshit. My experience with PSN is of the same quality I've had on XBL. I've never had any major connection issues with PSN and I hardly ever get a laggy game.
