Which country's people are the most arrogant?

I find the English, specifically the South East of England (London, Southampton being the worst offenders) extremely arrogant. It's an attitude almost of "oh, you're not from Southern England? POOR you!!" And the sympathy grows if you're from the Celtic countries or (gasp!) "The North"!
