Nice. Obviously, yes, it's a gigantic flop. It is the right--no, the responsibility--of forum-goers everywhere to decide floppyhood. Pretty much the rest of the world is counting on us. Nintendo is probably monitoring this thread very closely.
It's funny, though, the false dichotomy many people believe in, where only success and flop seem to exist. Oh, and MAJOR FLOP, of course, though I think that's a subset of the flop.
Slightly below expectations? NO! FLOP! 1,999,999 units sold of a projected 2,000,000? FLOP!
Kind of sad, and yet, kind of fun.
