In Japan and in USA, Wii U will pass Vita in Jan-Feb.
In Europe... I don't know.
WW... I think it will happen way before Wii U will surpass Vita in Europe, because the gap in Japan and in USA will get bigger and bigger.

Uhm, no. Q1 is Jan-Feb-March. 3 months. More than enough time for Wii U to surpass Vita.
