Well that's a good way alienate a lot of buyers. Second hand market is pretty big at least in the US where Sony is in third place.
Good for Wii U/720 owners who can tout "Oh yeah? Well I can still buy cheap used games."
Someone had to do it anyways. Eventually one company was going to go anti-used, I'm just surprised I would hear it from Sony first.
It's just that simple.
