They better not even think about it as it will infringe property laws and be a crazy issue.
Digital games seem to void used games. Just sell them cheaper and without fuss you destroy the used market. Its all about meeting the consumer demands. They seem to already be doing that with PSN, so it would be best they dont risk something that can be good (PS4) with something not worth the hassle.
