I don't follow the Premier League -like, let's say, every matchday - but I'm always wondering why Man City sucks balls THAT much.
If you look at the players they should be at least the 3rd best team in Europe (just behind Barça and Real), but they play very weak at the Champions League 2 years in a row, won the last PL in the last minute (against the weakest versions of ManU and Chelsea over the last 5-6 years imo) and this year they fell back behind ManU very soon.
What's the matter? They have such great Players like Silva, Agüero or Yaya Toure, but they don't seem to play well together. Is this Mancini's fault?
