Would it be a problem if I only had council TV?
There aren't many good channels on TV anymore, truth be told. 7 is a stretch. There's a few more, but they don't have any adverts.
And yes, I'm fully aware what advert it is, which is why I mentioned the Russian version. I have not seen that once on UK TV over the holidays. And I believe that you haven't seen it more than 2-3 times maximum over the holidays either.
