Nintendo would win and many gamers would migrate to PC. I would be one of them.

Now we are making fun guesses... next question would be, taking into account that all the consoles have less piracy, would the PC games not be developed taking into account the less common denominator? I mean a few PC games look great maxed out but are still development thinking that the games can have a console version, and the most popular ones on PC right now are the indie/smaller games than can run in almost anything.

I think we will see the reinassance of the Movies at home with TV screens as big as out walls and one or two streamming services to rule them all. And videogames market will shrink making it not viable for 3 competitors (so one is going to go away Microsoft? Sony?). Who would want to guess which one and why?

There would still be a market for games just not as vibrant and diverse. A part of what makes console gaming so good is the competition which forces developers to keep improving.

As far as PC games being developed to suit less powerful consoles that has been the case for a while now anyway. Games are simply designed to be scalable so that in effect the lowest or mid settings on a modern PC would be equivelant or close to the console versions roughly.
