I predict that both Microsoft and Sony will release new consoles with costs ranging from $400-$500 while at the same time introducing further price cuts for the PS3/360.
This will have the double effect of targetting both the price conscious consumer and casuals as well as the tech enthusiasts and loyalists.
Nintendo will still do ok but their success will be far more modest this time round.
