It would take a lot of work. They could, kind of, but they won't. The closest thing we'll get is much like the differences noted between episodes. Molly, Christa, Omin, Vernon, etc may appear again and comment on the circumstances of their departure. Maybe even Lilly. But it won't dramatically alter the plot.
