There is no incentive whatsoever for me personally to upgrade to 8 from 7, they look pretty bloody identical. And I think a lot of other people are of the same opinion, majority of the win 8 sales will come from new PC/laptop purchases rather than actual upgrades, which W7 saw happen, as it was actually superior to vista and maybe even xp.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
