I own all the consoles so "losing" an exclusive wouldn't bother me a bit. Although even if I only owned one console or the other, "losing" an exclusive wouldn't bother me at all unless it meant I could no longer play the franchise. Like I think Bayonetta 2 is like a WiiU exclusive? I don't think I'll own a WiiU so if I were a fan of that franchise, I would be bummed.
