Why would they trade them in, if they weren't opened? I'm sure at the time of the release of the Wii U in the states, they had the new years return policy.  The police that lets you return an item after a set date in January, if the item is still sealed. At least I know Gamestop does it. 

I wrote in another thread the same thing.  Most users here just dont get it.  Scalpers are not dumb, the majority still have Christmas receipts, most receipts are good until mid/late january for full returns.


I though it was obvious that I wasn't serious.
