But don't you think Kratos would be kind after everything he has been through? Like, forgiving etc? His journey is what eventually made him give hope to the world and become the kind god that many pray to. He has suffered so much and been through some insane shit that at the end of GoW3, he seems... unsatisfied. And if its true that he became the God of Death by killing Thanatos, then technically he is the god of all seeming as he kills everyone.
It also takes the Athena ghost thing into question -> She became an higher being of existance due to her sacrifice for Zeus. So maybe Kratos could be there too / even higher maybe?
xD I am just throwing around ideas, I hope I am not offending anyone. I, myself, am not really religious.
