That was a good read. Also, thank you for not putting "unbiased" in the title. Everything sounds about right. Most of the differences between systems are pretty minor with the games themselves being the most important features. The only part where the PS3 suffers noticeably, in my opinion, is that downloading and installing stuff is more intrusive than it needs to be, just as you said. Still, that's why I have everything download at night and let the system turn itself off, and PS+ is godly for auto-downloading patches and backing up your saves while you sleep. I love turning my PS3 on and seeing that PS+ has taken care of everything already.

Oh, and if the triggers and thumb-sticks bother you, there are cheap attachments. I love the trigger extenders and you can get analog stick extenders with different tops.

Oh, absolutely. There's nothing unbiased about this review. I went into getting the system with an open mind (I mean, you have to when you throw down $300 on one!), but after so many years with my 360, and a good deal of time with my WiiU as well, I've come to have a lot of expectations coming into this. For the most part, I'm satisfied, like I said. But yeah, installing is way too intrusive and downloading isn't intuitive enough.

I wish there was a PS+ Lite, where I could have access to all the features PS+ has without access to the games. I really like having access to the minor features that it offers - I'd totally pay $2/month for that!
