Europe. Japan doesn't matter as much as it has in the past. Look a those European numbers!
Exclusives - MS needs more exclusives. I'm not talking timed either.
Hardware reliability - The RROD fiasco is fresh in peoples minds despite happening so many years ago. Their launch will have to be near flawless.
It's just that simple.
