Gun control debate issues that bother me. Will Libertarians and Republicans please address these?

Yes people kill people, and the gun are only the tool. You can't predict when another crazy person decides to kill again, but you can restrict his access to the tool.

How did alcohol prohibition turn out in the 20's and 30's?  What about drug bans?   Those aren't doing so well I hear.

There are over 400 million guns in the US.  It's simply not possible to round them all up or prevent any more from entering the country.

Even just by looking at the healthy economy of the firearms business, I'd say the pros far outweights the cons. I don't promote random shooting of course, just stating facts about the money flow that benefits the country in general.
