Thanks, really good information for people who may not know what that means.

MIPS = millions of instructions per second for those who didn't know. It is a measure of how well an architecture 'does stuff' though it isn't directly comparable because some architectures do more per instruction so the total work done may be different to just a direct comparison of the total number of instructions per second.
