BTW, since this is kind of a healthy eating thread as well since we are slowly derailing, I recommend about 2-3 cloves of crushed raw garlic a day, and eat it about 10 minutes after it's crushed or cut up, you can build up your immune system like a fucking truck that way, that method lowers your cholesterol levels, gives you a natural source for antibiotics(pretty much won't get sick), maintains your blood pressure, has a shit ton of vitamins, prevents cancer, and best yet, is toxic to your dogs and cats. Garlic is the shiz!
