Ah, again clock speeds I see. OK, some comparisons:
estimated WiiU - 1.243125GHz x 3cores x 2.3 IPS/cycle/core = 8578 MIPS
estimated NextBox (with 8 core AMD inside) - 1.6GHz x 8 cores x 3.5 IPS/cycle/core = 44800 MIPS (being bit conservative on IPS/cycle/core)
AMD FX8150 - 3.6GHz x 8cores x 3.78 IPS/cycle/core = 108860 MIPS
Intel i7 3960X - 3.33GHz x 6cores x 8.89 IPS/cycle/core = 177800 MIPS
Of course, it's just one parameter, but it can give some better insight than just clock speeds.
