Has the latest die shrink been implemented for the Vita yet? That should help. Also, the OLED screen of the Vita should go down in price bc it is still considered an exotic and high end kind of technology. Expect the prices of OLED screens, and therefore the vita, to come down in the next couple of years.
So that is two ways that the manufacturing price oat of the vita will go down.
