You need to certify your employment status before you can post on Glassdoor.
Could he be just pissed off and ranting because he was fired? Sure, that'd be my guess... he doesn't like Orbis anymore because he isn't working on it.. '
Is it fake... highly unlikely.
Fake reviews on Glassdoor exist, but they're the overly positive ones. HR people use their credentials to post on the website and leave nothing but positive reviews.
As for NDA's. You can't hit someone with an NDA suit if you can't identify them.
