If my link worked that proves it's a routing issue. Use Google to look up the IP addresses of the other sites you want.
What's happened is normally you send "google.com" to your ISP and it gives you that number to actually go to it. But in your case it's giving the wrong number. As I said they will fix it, it's not just you.
