The story now is that everyone has angles of being doomed, along with the industry. Videogames will still be around, but you may see a compression as you end up having very few AAA stuff ad indie studios get a run, as any try and a few rise to the top, like Angry Birds and Minecraft. But, want to have videogames be Hollywood, delivering blockbuster production value and the rest? Well, you get a handful of that.
