Since Microsoft is the most financially stable of the three, Microsoft owning Nintendo would be the most plausible scenario. Nintendo might become like Sega in the future and just make games. Nintendo could help Microsoft with their Windows Phone platform to take on the iPhone/iPod touch with their casual games and Apps. Microsoft owning Sony is possible too but that would be a giant acquisition so it's not likely. Sony could help Microsoft on the hardware side when it comes to future technology like 4k, 3d, and some new disc format that holds more space.
